Adv. Eran Raif

Adv. Eran Raif specializes in banking law, insolvency (including liquidation, receivership, freezing of proceedings and bankruptcy), creditor arrangements and complex negotiations in those fields. In the area of banking and insolvency, Adv. Raif has more than 30 years of experience representing the largest financial and banking corporations in the Israeli economy. Adv. Raif regularly serves as liquidator, special manager, and trustee in large and complex insolvency cases. In addition, Adv. Raif specializes in representation in complex, high value arrangements in the field of finance and banking.

Adv. Michael Rohar

Education - LLB in law, Tel Aviv University. LLM in law, Bar Ilan University

Adv. Michael Rohar specializes in the field of civil-commercial litigation with emphasis on the banking and commercial areas, representing banking corporations in complex litigation proceedings. Furthermore, Adv. Rohar specializes in the field of insolvency, as well as legal representation of non-bank credit corporations, in litigation issues, regulatory issues, and financial transactions.

Adv. Roy Bruchstein

Adv. Roy Bruchstein specializes in business-commercial law. Within this framework, Adv. Bruchstein accompanies corporations and individual business people in executing transactions in many different and diverse fields, including financing transactions, franchising, supply, and distribution transactions, acquisitions, including of manufacturing plants ,as well as transactions in the field of production, and various types of business collaborations. Furthermore, Adv. Bruchstein manages complex insolvency cases, and represents both banking and non-banking credit corporations in large-scale debt arrangements.

Ashkenazi specializes in liens and foreclosure, including in providing legal solutions for the creation of liens in the framework of bank financing.

Kobby Ashkenazi's law firm was established in 1988 and in 2012, the Bruchstein and Ashkenazi law firms began working together in full cooperation in a wide range of fields, including real estate. Adv. Itzik Zilberman

Adv. Itzik Zilberman has rich experience in the civil and commercial field, banking laws, insolvency, receivership, execution and enforcement of charges. He completed various professional trainings and won certificates in the fields of his expertise. Adv. Zilberman specializes, inter alia, in managing complex negotiations to reach settlements with debtors. Adv. Zilberman is also a certified mediator and is authorized to prepare a Continuous Power of Attorney. Adv. Zilberman has been doing pro bono work with "Halev – the Association for Fighting Poverty", providing legal assistance to disadvantaged individuals in dealing with bankruptcy.

Adv. Avi Levy

Education- Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) [from], the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan.

Adv. Avi Levy specializes in insolvency and in civil and commercial litigation, and has rich experience in handling bankruptcies, dissolutions, and corporate recovery. Adv. Levy represents officers in insolvency cases and acts himself as an officer in various cases.

Adv. Galia Amar

Adv. Galia Amar specializes in banking laws, debt arrangements, collection procedures and execution of various charges. In addition, Adv.
